Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and TuneVid Limited ("we", "us") about your use of the TuneVid app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What TuneVid does

TuneVid takes audio and images you provide and uses AI services to make video from them. Results vary. We do not promise that any particular output will match what you had in mind, and we cannot guarantee that two different people will never get similar results from similar input.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use TuneVid. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You can delete your account at any time from Account, then Delete account. This removes your projects, videos, uploads, and gallery for good.

3. What you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading it, you give us permission to store it and to send it to our AI providers so we can make what you asked for. That permission exists only to run the service, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

By uploading, you confirm that:

• You own the music, or you have permission from whoever does. Uploading a track you have no rights to is not allowed.
• You have permission to use any photo of a person you upload. Do not make videos of real people — including public figures — without their consent.
• Your content does not break any law and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. What you make

As far as we are concerned, the videos you generate are yours to use, including commercially. We claim no ownership of them.

That said, output made from music or images you had no right to use is still a problem — ours is not the only permission you need. AI-generated work may also not be protected by copyright in some countries. Check what applies where you are before you rely on it.

5. What you may not do

Do not use TuneVid to make or share content that:

• Shows a real person doing or saying something they did not, in a way meant to deceive
• Sexualises anyone, or shows any minor in a sexual way
• Attacks people over race, religion, gender, sexuality, or disability
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• Impersonates someone else
• Breaks any law that applies to you

Do not try to break, overload, or work around the app or our servers, and do not resell access to it.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.

6. Tokens

Generating content costs tokens. The app shows you the cost before each generation starts.

• New accounts get a one-time grant of free tokens. These do not expire.
• Plan tokens refresh each month. Unused plan tokens do not roll over, and they end when your plan ends.
• Token packs never expire and stay yours even if your plan ends.

Tokens are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account.

If a generation fails because of a fault on our side, we return the tokens it used. Tokens spent on a result you simply do not like are not returned.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app. Payment is taken by that store at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings — your Apple Account on iPhone and iPad, or the Subscriptions page in Google Play on Android. Deleting the TuneVid app, or your TuneVid account, does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel it with the store, or you will keep being charged.

Refunds are handled by whichever store you bought from, under their own terms, not by us. We can change prices; if we do, the new price applies from your next renewal and you will be told in advance.

8. Availability

We aim to keep TuneVid running but we do not promise it will always be available. We may change features, pause the service for maintenance, or stop offering it. If we shut the service down for good, we will give notice and refund any unused paid time.

TuneVid depends on outside AI providers. If one of them changes or withdraws a model, the styles on offer may change.

9. No warranty

TuneVid is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to whatever you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here removes rights you have under your local consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
