Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TuneVid collects, why, and who else sees it. TuneVid is run by TuneVid Limited ("we", "us"). If anything here is unclear, email us at tunevidapp@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your account
When you sign up we store your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive those same details from them. We never see or store your password for those services. If you sign up with an email and password, the password is handled by Firebase Authentication and we cannot read it.
If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only ever see the relay address Apple gives us.
What you make
We store the things you put into the app and the things it makes:
- Audio files you upload, and the part of them you trim
- Photos you upload, including the singer photo
- Text prompts you write to describe scenes and motion
- Images and videos generated from them
- Your projects, timelines, and settings
Purchases
We store which plan you are on, when it renews, and your token balance. Payments are handled by the store you bought from — Apple or Google — and by RevenueCat, our subscription provider. We never receive your card details.
Technical information
Our servers keep error logs when something fails, so we can fix it. These can include your account identifier and which action failed.
What we do not collect
- No advertising identifiers, and no ads
- No analytics or tracking SDK
- No location data
- No contacts, calendar, or health data
- No access to your photo library beyond the specific photos you pick. Choosing to save a finished video writes to your library; it does not let us read it.
We do not sell your data, and we never have.
Why we use it
- To create an account for you and keep you signed in
- To generate the images and videos you ask for
- To show your projects across sessions and devices
- To track your token balance and keep your plan in step
- To answer you when you contact support
- To find and fix problems
Who else sees it
We use a small number of services to run the app. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

These providers process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. We share data with them only to run the app. We do not share your data with anyone else, other than where the law requires it.
About your files
Your uploads and generated videos are held in Google Cloud Storage and reached through web links. Our AI provider needs those links to do the work. Anyone who has a link can open that file, so treat links you share as public.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and your projects for as long as your account exists. Delete a project and its files are removed shortly after.
You can delete your whole account from inside the app — Account, then Delete account. That removes your sign-in, your projects, your videos, your uploaded files, and your gallery. It cannot be undone. Records we must keep for tax or accounting reasons, such as a receipt for a purchase, are held by the app store you bought from and by our subscription provider under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data — the in-app delete does this immediately
- Send you a copy of your data

Children
TuneVid is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will remove the account.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
